On a busy beach day a jetski rental queue lives on a clipboard or in someone's head. WaveQ is a concept build: a live queue and dispatch board that every device shares, with no business results to report yet.

The problem
Three groups of people, three different pictures of the queue.
The staff at the desk, the staff on the dock and the waiting customers all have a different picture of who is next and which craft are out.

What it does
Live queue board
A single queue shared by every device. When one staff member adds a customer, every other screen shows the new name immediately.
Dispatch and returns
Sending a craft out and bringing one back are recorded on the same board. The desk and the dock see the same craft as out.
Works on any device
The board works on phones and tablets as well as a desk computer. It fits whatever is already in a staff member's hand.
